sad day for a customer

i got a call at 7:30 am this morning to tell me that my one customer bird died i asked what happened this is what i was told when she went to put the bird back in his cage he fell backwards got up went in his cage went and ate some food and drank some water at bedtime she covered the cage up but this morning the bird had died during the night the parents of this bird were first time parents this is the girl who lost her budgies in the house fire i did tell her if she wants another she has one the bird was less then 5 months old

Awwww thats too bad :(. How long was the bird in her home? She really should rule out anything that could be harmful to birds in her home before she brings another one in, just to be cautious. She will have to do some detective work herself. That's nice of you to offer a replacement. :)

So sad to hear the bird died Allen. He must have been bleeding internally.
Poor little guy must've hurt himself when he fell. I had a customer whos parrotlet flew into the dresser, seemed fine, but died in the night, we think internal bleeding there as well. Fly free little one!
