So here's what's up with me....

For three days, I went camping with my family five hours away at Lake Erie. We had to find somewhere for Kiki to go! I left the budgies at home and had Rose come feed them, but I just didn't feel comfortable at all leaving Kiki. So we took her to the Bird Farm for four days. I think she liked the trip back to where she was born. Plenty of birds to talk to and plenty of things to see! I was hoping she wasn't too stressed out.

We dropped her off on Saturday and I just got her today. While we were there, I bought two stainless steel dishes for her finally! They are great! We got her nails trimmed, too. She is beyond happy to be back home with the budgies and me!

My birthday was on July 11th. I am now sixteen! It was a great birthday. As said earlier, I was at a Christian camp with my family, and I was there during my birthday. The whole camp surprised me and sang to me. I was embarassed but happy. My room was redone for my birthday (new bed, new paint), I got a Pandora charm bracelet, AND as I just saw on the front steps, my parents also bought me Harry Potter hardback cover box set! (You should see my books, they are COMPLETELY ripped up and worn. They are paperback.)

This also brings me to my next topic:

Now, as many of you probably now, the last Harry Potter movie is showing on the 15th of July. I cannot express to you how obsessed I am. I've been reading the books since I learned how to read, and I've repeatedly read them all since. I own all the movies and I've just obsessed over it all since I could remember. I am a MAJOR fan. I went to the midnight premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 last time, and now I'm going again for the 2nd Part. I am SO EXCITED. I can't sit still. I would have given ANYTHING to have gone to the premiere in London, with all the actors and stuff on the red carpet. Since I couldn't go, I sat in my living room watching the WHOLE couple hours of it live on my computer. I would not leave my computer for anything. I swear I watched the whole thing. So yeah. I am really pumped for it!! The series just means a lot to me. It's my childhood, it's what I love. For it all to come to an end is just a huge deal for me, so that's really all that's been on my mind for the past year.

That's my life right now! ;)
