We have a filter so I use tap

oh, i just use tap now i feel bad
they poo in it every other minute so all the bottle lid undoing would knock me out

LOL...I hear that!!!

We change the water like 4 times a day so we use tap also. I've heard many different views on using bottled water vs tap...

I use tap water that has been filtered because I have city water. When I was on a well I used it straight from the tap.

I use tap water because I drink it myself. It is safe.

We have a reverse osmosis filtration system as well. I won't drink tap water and I won't give the fids tap water. I have the filtered water from a tap at my kitchen sink and from the ice maker/water on the fridge. The fridge water has its own filter and I usually use that one. :yesnod:

I use tap water, I am so lucky we have excellant water here, with all the rain in Oregon. It's well water and very good. It taste better than bottled and soon it will be ice cold.

I started off boiling tap water and letting it cool for 24 hrs before giving to the birds.... but now I just give them plain tap water. I drink it all the time, so I figure they can have it too. If we were to move I would give them bottled water, and then wean them off it to boiled tap water and eventually tap water.

I use the tap. But thats a good idea Shandi ^^

Tap here. I feel bad too now. But my dad would really flip if I ever started saying "I need BOTTLED water for my fids," when he won't even buy bottled water for me.

Masae i feel the same way LOL.

A good alternative would be the water filter you can put on the kitchen faucet. You can turn it off and on. I would be happy with tested well water too but city water is awful.

Tap , my town is suppose to have the cleanest tap water in the world, thanks to some prince or king? so as long as its clean im happy with it

I use tap. We have well water that has been tested for all kinds of "stuff". If I lived in town, where there was chlorine in the water, I would use bottled.

I use tap. I drink it and I just could never afford to buy bottled water with the size of my flock.

Tap for me and my birds...
